Screenwriter, director, author, and co-creator of Writer’s Room 51. Holds a degree in Audiovisual from UNISINOS, completed the Film & TV Industry Essentials program at NYU Tisch, and studied at the Sorbonne (2019). Has worked with production companies such as Gullane, Sentimental Filme, Clube Filmes, and Trupe Filmes. She is the screenwriter of several original projects, including: the short film Coágulo (2018), and the horror short scripts Carcaça (MetroLab Award 2018) and As Dores do Parto (Machado DarkSide Books Award 2020). The latter, as a feature script, participated in TorinoFilmLab NEXT Feature Film 2023, 7th ECM+LAB (FAM 2023), 8th Cine Pitching (2024), Angaelica Festival (USA, 2025); was a finalist in the Sundance Collab’s Cultural Impact Residency 2025 and a semifinalist in La Fabrique du Cinéma (2024). Jessica is the creator of the short film project Corpo D’Água, finalist of Curto Criativo 2024 and produced by Rosa Canina, with actress Bianca Comparato confirmed in the cast. She was co-writer of the short film Te Espero às Quatro, winner of Best Film and 4 other awards at the 48h Film Project (2023), which participated in Filmapalooza 2024 (Lisbon). She was the screenwriter of the short Elefante Branco, also part of the event, winner of 4 awards (2024). As an author, she participates in horror anthologies such as Terrores Latinos (Luva Publishing) and is writing her first book. Her focus is horror, thriller, and drama.
